The NeuroTrac PelviTone is a dual-channel neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) device designed to support pelvic floor muscle retraining and continence management. It delivers symmetrical, rectangular biphasic constant current to target pelvic floor muscles and nerve fibres, making it suitable for use in both stress and urge incontinence, pelvic floor pain, and muscle weakness. Suitable for men and women, it can be used with a vaginal probe, anal probe, or skin-surface electrodes placed close to the pelvic floor.
Unlike standard continence devices, the PelviTone supports advanced multi-phase programmes in which stimulation parameters change automatically across the treatment session, allowing for more progressive, personalised therapy.
About this device
The PelviTone uses a technique called neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) to exercise the pelvic floor muscles. A small, controlled electrical current is delivered through a probe or skin-surface electrodes, causing the muscles to contract and relax in a structured pattern. This mimics the action of a voluntary kegel exercise, but with greater precision and consistency -- particularly useful if you find it difficult to locate or contract your pelvic floor independently.
What to expect
The sensation
You will feel a gentle tingling or pulsing sensation, followed by a noticeable muscle contraction. It should not be painful. Start at a low intensity and increase gradually until you feel a comfortable contraction.
Session length
Most preset programmes run for 20 to 30 minutes. Sessions can be set between 1 and 90 minutes depending on your programme and the guidance of your clinician.
How often
Daily use is typical during an active treatment programme. Your physiotherapist will advise on frequency. Most people follow a structured 12-week programme before reassessing.
Getting started
Choose your electrode
Skin-surface electrodes are included in the box -- everything you need to get started is provided. If you prefer to use a vaginal or anal probe instead, these are available to purchase separately. If you are unsure which is most appropriate for your condition, speak to your physiotherapist.
Select your programme
For stress incontinence, start with P03 or P04. For urgency or frequency, try P02, P05, or P06. For pelvic floor pain, use P01. Your physiotherapist will recommend the most appropriate starting point.
Set the intensity
Begin at zero and increase slowly until you feel a clear but comfortable muscle contraction. It should not be painful. Your effective level may increase gradually over time as your tolerance builds.
Use regularly and track progress
The lock mode records current and session duration so your clinician can monitor home compliance. Consistent daily use over several weeks is key to meaningful improvement.

Well suited for
Consult your GP first if you
The PelviTone is a medical device and is recommended for use under the guidance of a physiotherapist or qualified clinician. If you have not previously been assessed for pelvic floor dysfunction, a consultation with a pelvic health physiotherapist before purchase is advised.
