Our website is intended for individuals purchasing products for personal use. While we work with healthcare professionals and clinics who refer patients to our site, all purchases are made directly by the end customer.

2. Products & Availability

We sell urological health devices intended for consumer use. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we do not warrant that such content is free of errors or omissions.

3. Orders & Payment

All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or supply issues.

4. Shipping

We offer standard shipping within the UK, including Northern Ireland. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be received and processed within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original packaging, or for items that are faulty or defective.

Returns must be made by post using our provided free return label. No restocking fees apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of return approval.

6. Manufacturer Responsibility

All products are supplied with instructions for safe use. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us in the first instance. In some cases, you may be directed to the product manufacturer for further investigation or resolution.
