At The Urology Store, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and discreetly. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day from the date of purchase.

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday–Friday are usually processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer next day UK shipping via Royal Mail 24hr tracked or an equivalent tracked courier service.
Estimated delivery times:

• Mainland UK: 1-2 working days from dispatch

• Northern Ireland & Highlands: 1-3 working days from dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard UK Delivery: £3.99 (Free for orders over £75)

• Delivery costs are displayed at checkout prior to payment.

5. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in a plain box to ensure privacy and discretion.

6. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link (if tracking is available with the selected delivery method).

If you do not receive your order within 7 working days, please contact our support team.

7. Delivery Issues & Address Errors

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details.

In the event of a lost or undelivered parcel, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
