The NeuroTrac Myoplus 4 Pro is the most advanced device in the Myoplus range, combining 2-channel EMG biofeedback and 2-channel EMG-triggered stimulation (ETS) with 4-channel neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) in a single portable unit. Channels 1 and 2 measure muscle activity or deliver stimulation; channels 3 and 4 provide stimulation only, making it possible to assess and treat across multiple muscle sites simultaneously within a single session.
The Pro's full-colour touchscreen replaces the standard LCD with an intuitive interface that guides users through electrode placement, displays live EMG graphs, and includes interactive biofeedback tools and templates. Single-phase and multiphase operation allow EMG, ETS, and NMES to be combined within one programme, supporting progressive treatment protocols that move from passive assessment through to active strengthening.
Bluetooth connectivity links the device wirelessly to the included NeuroTrac PC software, enabling clinicians to generate detailed patient progress reports covering work/rest ratios, peak activity, muscle onset and release times, and average mA output. Preset programmes cover incontinence treatment, sports and muscular development, and neuromuscular rehabilitation. This device is intended for use under the guidance of a physiotherapist or suitably qualified clinician.

Important: The NeuroTrac Myoplus 4 Pro is a UKCA-marked Class IIa medical device. It is intended for use under the guidance of a physiotherapist or qualified clinician. If you are unsure whether this device is appropriate for your condition, please consult your GP or a pelvic health physiotherapist before purchase.
About this device
The Myoplus Pro does two things that most pelvic floor devices cannot: it both reads and responds to your muscle activity. Using surface electrodes, it measures the electrical signals your muscles produce during contraction, a technique called EMG biofeedback, and displays this as a real-time graph on the touchscreen. This gives you and your clinician an accurate, objective picture of how your pelvic floor is actually performing.
Alongside this, the device can deliver neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) to actively exercise weak muscles, and EMG-triggered stimulation (ETS), where the device detects your voluntary effort and automatically delivers a boost of stimulation to reinforce it. All three modes can be used on their own or combined within a single session, making the Myoplus Pro suitable for a wide range of conditions and rehabilitation stages.
Three modes explained
EMG biofeedback
Measure and visualise
Detects muscle electrical activity in microvolts and displays it as a live graph. Helps you and your clinician understand whether you are contracting and relaxing the correct muscles at the right time and with sufficient strength.
NMES
Stimulate and strengthen
Delivers a controlled electrical current to cause the pelvic floor muscles to contract, independent of voluntary effort. Useful where muscle weakness or poor awareness makes it difficult to engage the muscles effectively on your own.
ETS
Trigger and reinforce
Monitors your voluntary contraction and automatically triggers stimulation once you reach a target threshold. Bridges the gap between passive stimulation and fully independent exercise, supporting neuromuscular re-education.
Getting started
Set up the software
Install the included NeuroTrac PC software using the provided licence key (up to 5 activations). Connect the USB Bluetooth dongle to pair the device wirelessly within a 10-metre range. Your clinician may set this up for you at your first appointment.
Attach your electrodes or probe
The touchscreen guides you through electrode placement. Skin-surface electrodes can be positioned near the pelvic floor externally. Vaginal or anal probes are available to purchase separately if preferred or recommended by your clinician.
Select your programme
Choose from preset programmes for incontinence or neuromuscular rehabilitation, or use one of the custom programme slots configured by your physiotherapist. Your clinician will advise which mode and programme is most appropriate for your stage of treatment.
Follow the live feedback
During EMG or ETS sessions, watch the live graph on the touchscreen to see your muscle activity in real time. Work to reach the target threshold during contraction phases and relax fully during rest phases. Session data syncs automatically to the PC software for review.

Well suited for
Consult your GP first if you
The Myoplus Pro is a medical device and is recommended for use under the guidance of a physiotherapist or qualified clinician. If you have not previously been assessed for pelvic floor dysfunction or neuromuscular conditions, a professional consultation before purchase is strongly advised.
